Carl F. Shultz

Carl F. Shultz, CPA, MBA, CGMA, serves as the Managing Director of CFS Consulting, LTD since January 2009, offering financial, administrative, and project management consulting services to a range of clients from small enterprises to Fortune 500 companies. Shultz is actively involved with the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group (GPSEG) and its Finance Committee, while also holding positions as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Accounting at Rider University since 1998 and at La Salle and DeSales Universities since 2008, where curriculum development includes a unique Executive MBA Accounting course. With a robust background including senior leadership roles at ADVISORport, INC., and Prudential, Shultz has overseen significant budgets and directed various financial operations, enhancing organizational processes and compliance standards. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Drexel University and a B.S. in Accounting and History from La Salle University.
