Jeffrey Roman

Jeffrey Roman, EdD, MBA, serves as an Advisory Board Member for La Salle University's Academic Discovery Program, which supports marginalized students through academic and career guidance. In addition, Jeffrey is a full-time Assistant Professor in the Finance Department of La Salle's School of Business, focusing on Finance, Financial Institutions, and Risk Management & Insurance. As President of J Roman LLC, a licensed property casualty insurance agency, Jeffrey addresses the unique concerns of small to medium commercial clients. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President at Philadelphia Insurance Companies and Chubb, as well as Regional Underwriting Executive at Zurich North America. Jeffrey's foundational contributions to the National African American Insurance Association include serving as a founding member and past president of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education from Drexel University, an MBA from Rutgers University - Newark, and a BBA from Howard University.
