Sereywath Keng

Sereywath Keng is an experienced Environmental Engineer currently employed at LA Sanitation & Environment since February 2024. Previously, Sereywath served as an Environmental Engineering Associate III with the City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Sanitation, from June 2016 to March 2024, where responsibilities included managing the FOG Program, leading engineering studies, and liaising with various agencies. Sereywath's earlier roles involved overseeing Capital Improvement Projects at Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant and contributing to environmental compliance at the Bureau of Sanitation's Terminal Island Water Reclamation Plant. With a strong educational background including a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from California State University Long Beach and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Chemical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and University of California, Berkeley, Sereywath Keng brings a robust skill set to the field of environmental engineering.
