Kathleen McBride

Kathleen McBride is an experienced Environmental Project Engineer currently serving as Programming Manager at ms consultants, inc., where responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of Master Plan upgrades for parks and marinas under the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District.
