Cindy Hess

Cindy Hess has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing in the consumer package goods industry. Cindy most recently served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at La Terra Fina, where they were responsible for growing natural and organic fresh food sales in the US, Mexico, and Canada. Prior to that, they held various roles at La Terra Fina, including Vice President Sales and Sales Director East Division.

Before joining La Terra Fina, Cindy worked at Avery Dennison as a Global Account Director. Cindy also worked at Schwan's Consumer Brands, where they served as the Sr. Director of Sales, Direct Team and Broker Management, and at ConAgra Foods as a National Account Manager.

Cindy's early career includes roles at HJ Heinz, M&M/Mars, and The Pillsbury Company, where they held various cross-functional positions such as Account Manager, Project Manager, National Training Manager, and Account Executive.

Throughout their career, Cindy has demonstrated a strong ability to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Cindy Hess attended Florida State University - College of Business from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business.
