Tom Chole

Tom Chole has a wealth of experience in operations, innovation, project management, and commercialization within the food industry. Tom currently holds the position of Vice President - Operations and Innovation at La Terra Fina since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Plant Manager at Albertsons Companies from August 2019 to August 2021. Tom also worked as a Senior Manager of Project Management at Borden from March 2019 to August 2019.

Before these roles, Tom had an extensive tenure at Nestlé, during which they held various positions such as Director - Technical Applications Group from March 2011 to October 2017, Director - Innovation & Renovation from January 2010 to March 2011, Director - Integration from July 2007 to January 2010, and Associate Director - New Products from March 2005 to July 2007. At Nestlé, they were responsible for driving innovation, cost savings, and product quality improvements.

Earlier in their career, Tom worked at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, where they held the positions of Project Manager - New Products, Factory Manager, Project Manager - New Products, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, Quality Manager, and Supervisor from 1985 to 2005. During their time at Dreyer's, they successfully managed capital projects, manufacturing operations, and new product commercialization.
