Sophie Iborra

Sophie Iborra currently serves as the Conseil direction de l’engagement at La Tribune, focusing on issues related to engagement, diversity, and inclusion in both editorial and structural contexts since September 2020. Iborra is also a Board Member at ACTIVES, an NGO aimed at increasing female representation in major French companies, and has been a member of the commission for professional equality at the Haut Conseil à l'Égalité between June 2019 and May 2024. Prior experience includes coordinating national innovation forums for Le Point, founding and leading the EXAEQUO Club Economique Paritaire in Toulouse, and establishing a communication agency named CLB Concentré d'idées.
