Meagan Nies

Meagan Nies has extensive experience in marketing and strategic development. Meagan began their career as an Admin & Marketing Assistant at PwC, managing corporate events and assisting with market research projects. Meagan then worked at National Australia Bank as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator before joining Bell Potter Securities as a Marketing & Communications Manager. Meagan later worked at IG Australia, where they held multiple roles, including Head of Brand Marketing APAC and Senior Marketing Manager, Associate Director. Meagan played a key role in growing brand awareness and client acquisition throughout the APAC region. Meagan also served as the Head of Crown Marketing and Head of Offline Marketing at CrownBet Pty Limited, where they successfully launched the CrownBet ambassador program. Meagan then worked at Australian Unity Wealth as the Head of Direct Marketing Strategy and Growth. Following that, they joined Pepperstone as the Global Head of Marketing, leading global marketing and brand activities. Most recently, Meagan served as the Head of Marketing at Laddr, where they played a pivotal role in launching the business. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Executive - Head of Marketing at La Trobe Financial.

Meagan Nies has recently completed the Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in 2022. Prior to this, they attended the University of Melbourne, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom.
