Rowan Donohoue joined La Trobe Financial in 2009 as Chief Legal Counsel and in June 2017 was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer (COO).
In mid-2018, Rowan took on the role of Chief Risk Officer and leadership of the Group’s Risk & Governance Division. Prior to joining La Trobe Financial, Rowan worked in private practice, including five years at Clayton Utz as a solicitor with a focus on dispute resolution and corporate matters.
Rowan holds degrees in Law (Honours) and Arts (Politics) and is admitted as a solicitor in the High Court of Australia, and the Supreme Courts of Victoria and South Australia.
Rowan is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC), and a member of the Asset & Liability Committee (ALCO) and Origination & Credit Committee (OCC).
