Slavisa Ilic

Slavisa Ilic began their work experience in February 2010 as a Customer Service Consultant at ANZ. Slavisa then held various roles within the company, including Esanda Product & Hardship Specialist, Specialist Complaints Advisor, Senior Credit Analyst in Asset Finance, Production Owner, and Credit Verification Lead in Mortgages. In September 2020, they became a Production Coach at ANZ Mortgages. In January 2021, Slavisa joined La Trobe Financial as the Executive General Manager - Head of Residential Operations. Slavisa is currently serving as the Senior Executive - Head of Operations at La Trobe Financial, starting in July 2023.

Slavisa Ilic obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science (Psychology) from Deakin University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In addition, they obtained a Certificate IV in Customer Contact from CSIA Customer Service Institute of Australia in September 2012.
