Amy Hardesty

Amy Hardesty has extensive experience in retail operations and customer service, currently serving as the Senior Retail Operations Manager at La-Z-Boy Incorporated since September 2013. Previous roles at La-Z-Boy include Retail Operations Manager, Retail Business Operations Specialist, Store Manager, Interior Design Consultant, Senior Design Associate, and Design Associate. Amy also worked as a Fashion Stylist for White House Black Market from April 2019 to June 2020 and gained valuable skills as a Work Study Student at Northern Kentucky University in 2015. Earlier positions include Package Handler at FedEx Ground and Customer Service Representative at Brandenburg Telephone Co. Amy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Printmaking from Northern Kentucky University and an Associate of Arts in Education from Elizabethtown Community and Technical College.
