Carol Lee

Carol Lee joined La-Z-Boy Incorporated as Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) in June 2022. In this role, she serves as the chief architect of the company's enterprise-wide Information Technology strategy and execution, leading a team of approximately 100 individuals and ensuring all activity aligns with the company's business objectives and supports its Century Vision growth strategy. Areas of responsibility include the design, development and support of IT systems and programs, cybersecurity and other risk management, network optimization, ERP deployment, and infrastructure and operations support. Prior to joining La-Z-Boy Incorporated, Lee served as the VP of Information Technology at Consolidated Hospitality Supplies, where her deep knowledge of the technology and business processes drove operational efficiencies while addressing and improving the customer experience. While at Consolidated Hospitality Supplies, Lee held a number of roles of increasing responsibility, including overseeing a digital transformation in the SAP landscape and related integrations with S4/HANA. Part of her responsibilities for this project included developing strategic roadmaps for system changeovers to introduce next-generation ecommerce, digital marketing and customer relationship management, leading a multi-tiered project that included more than 70 staff and several outside agencies. Lee’s early career included valuable skill-building roles at noted brands such as Target, Sears Holding Company and Kraft Heinz.

Lee earned her bachelor’s degree in retail merchandising and management from the University of Wisconsin. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and cooking
