Janet Earnhardt

Janet Earnhardt is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management. Since October 2006, Janet has served as the HR Director at La-Z-Boy. Prior to this role, Janet held the position of Regional Human Resource Manager at The Home Depot from March 2005 to October 2006. Janet's extensive career in human resources began at Pillowtex Corporation (Fieldcrest Cannon, Inc), where Janet worked as Human Resource Director from May 1988 to March 2005. Janet earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Technology and Business from North Carolina State University.
