Kevin Harmon has extensive experience in quality management and engineering, currently serving as Vice President of Quality and Lean Engineering at La-Z-Boy Incorporated since 2006. Prior roles at La-Z-Boy include Vice President of Quality and General Manager. Previously, Kevin held the position of Business Unit Manager at Cooper-Standard Automotive from May 2003 to June 2006 and Plant Manager at Saargummi from May 2001 to May 2003. Kevin started a career in operations as Operations Manager at GDX Automotive from May 1993 to May 2001. Kevin holds a BS degree and a Six Sigma Blackbelt from Arkansas State University, where education took place between 1981 and 1985, and graduated from Heber Springs High School in 1981.
