Jose Raya Perez, MBA, currently serves as a Procurement Operations Specialist for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Supply Chain Process Integrity Lead at Precision Castparts, where oversight of internal investigations and team management was a key focus, and Human Resources Co-Op at Alloy Processing, facilitating bilingual new hire orientations. Jose also held positions as Peer Advisor and Peer Mentor at California State University-Long Beach, providing academic guidance to students, and has experience as an International Supply Chain Intern at OK International, where a significant cost reduction project was managed. Jose’s early career includes various internships at Marathon Petroleum Corporation and the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk.
