Rachel Dawson

Rachel Dawson currently serves in the communications role for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, having previously held the position of Director of Club Development at Freedom HKY and Assistant Field Hockey Coach at the University of Virginia. As a co-founder of Praxis Athlete Development since 2017, Rachel has contributed significantly to athlete support. A distinguished Olympian representing Team USA in field hockey during the 2008, 2012, and 2016 Olympics, Rachel has 298 international appearances and was inducted into the USA Field Hockey Hall of Fame. Additional coaching experience includes roles at Princeton University and Hockey Club Klein Zwitserland in Holland. Rachel began a career in sales with ADS, Inc. and has experience in client services at TD Ameritrade. Rachel earned a BSBA in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
