Vanessa Shay

Vanessa Shay serves as the Vice President for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games since August 2023. Previously, Vanessa held the position of President for the Los Angeles Sparks from May 2022 to August 2023 and was the Chief Revenue Officer for San Diego Wave FC from September 2021 to May 2022. Vanessa's earlier experience includes a substantial tenure at AEG Worldwide, where Vanessa worked from 2008 until September 2021, ultimately serving as Vice President of AEG Global Partnerships. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Michigan State University College of Communication Arts and Sciences (1999-2003) and completed the Executive Leadership Institute - WISE Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2018.
