Riikka Ukkonen

Riikka Ukkonen is an experienced psychologist and entrepreneur with a focus on psychosocial wellbeing in the workplace. Ukkonen has worked at various organizations, including Psykologipalvelu Kipinä as a psychologist entrepreneur since May 2017, and as an occupational health psychologist at Lääkärikeskus Aava since January 2019. In these roles, Ukkonen supports individuals and organizations to enhance work-life quality, wellbeing management, self-leadership skills, and cognitive ergonomics. Ukkonen's expertise also extends to creating ACT-based content at Aatos Health since February 2020. Previous roles include clinical psychologist positions at the City of Tampere and Tampere University Hospital across various departments. Ukkonen holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tampere and additional qualifications in forensic psychology and occupational health care.
