Santeri Suomi

Santeri Suomi has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Santeri currently serves as the Head of Development at Lääkärikeskus Aava since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the University of Helsinki for several years, starting in 2007. At the university, they held various roles including CRM Specialist, Salesforce PO, and Head of Development at UniSport. Santeri was responsible for project management, service process development, IT development, customer experience management, and facility management. Before their tenure at the university, Santeri worked as a Customer Service and Sales Representative at UniSport and as a Shift Manager at Restel and Linnanmäki.

Santeri Suomi completed their Master's degree in Hospitality Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences between 2014 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Tourism from the same university from 2001 to 2005. In addition, they have also obtained a certification in Business Technology Standard, Green Card from the Business Technology Forum in November 2021.
