Dru Bussiere

Dru Bussiere is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Marketing Program Specialist at Laars Heating Systems since July 2017, Dru is responsible for the launch of a contractor-focused loyalty program. Prior experience includes a position as Sales Support Manager at Bosch Thermotechnology from January 2013 to June 2017, focusing on enhancing communication and support within the sales organization, and a role as HR Manager at Bosch Thermotechnology / BBT North America / Buderus Hydronic Systems, managing HR functions for three sites and 175 employees from August 2004 to January 2013. Earlier career highlights include owning Kartwheels Gymnastics, Inc., a gymnastics school for children, from September 1998 to March 2004, and serving as an HR & Executive Assistant at Elizabeth Webbing Mills Co., Inc. from 1994 to 1998. Dru holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Rhode Island College and graduated from Smithfield High School.
