Fazleth Riza

Fazleth joined LAB Group in 2021 and has over 15 years of experience across multiple industries with the majority of his experience being in Support and Implementation of ERP and finance systems. Having moved to Australia in 2015 from tropical Sri Lanka with his wife, he has since achieved "superhero" status with 2 sons (Danish 6½ and Ayden 1½) joining the team.

Fazleth is passionate about customer satisfaction and using technology to solve issues. He is thoroughly motivated by finding success through problem-solving. Finding the root cause to an issue is only the tip of the ice berg, in his opinion, the solution is what lies beneath the water!

When he's not at work, he spends time with family, loves playing soccer or hunting for 1/64 scale diecast cars with his sons, working on projects in the garage workshop, and exploring emerging technologies like 3D printing.
