Lyndon is an experienced technical leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

He has 15+ years’ experience developing, managing, and selling software products in Australia and the United Kingdom with a track record of using innovation and creativity to solve diverse business and technical problems.

In 2009, he co-founded LAB Group, a successful B2B SaaS company in the financial services sector, which has grown organically at a rapid pace since inception.

He is currently responsible for developing the product and technology strategy for LAB Group, which underpins market penetration, revenue growth and customer success.

He leads a multi-disciplined product development team including talent acquisition, mentorship and career development with an agile approach to delivering business value.

Lyndon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Swinburne University.

He lives in Melbourne with his wife and three children.
