Olga Gorlova has a Ph.D. in Economics from Moscow State University of Printing Arts, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. They began their career as a Quality Assurance Manager at Moscow Cellular Communication, Skylink, from 1996 to 2006. Following this, Olga worked at IBM from 2007 to 2023, holding various leadership roles, including Intellectual Capital leader and CEE focal point for the Proposal Centre of Competence. Currently, Olga serves as the Head of Business Support at LAB SP, a position they have held since 2023.
