Katie Measham

Katie Measham is currently a finance and HR consultant at Nebula Consulting. Katie has over twenty years of experience in the field, having worked for AXA Insurance UK plc for nineteen years in various roles such as training standards development partner, training officer/advisor, and claims negotiator. In their most recent role at AXA, they were responsible for designing and delivering robust processes and procedures to ensure all learning interventions met internal standards and Financial Conduct Authority requirements. Katie also administered and delivered ISMM accredited courses and managed credit control services.

Since leaving AXA, Katie has been working as a self-employed learning and development consultant. In this role, they are responsible for designing and delivering learning interventions that meet internal standards and Financial Conduct Authority requirements. Katie has also administered and delivered ISMM accredited courses and managed credit control services.

Katie is highly skilled in designing and delivering training courses that meet internal standards and external regulations. Katie is also experienced in administering and delivering ISMM accredited courses, as well as managing credit control services.

Katie Measham has a Tamworth College Diploma in Business Studies, a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills from Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute from the Chartered Insurance Institute, and a Diploma- Merit from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Katie also has a National Diploma in Business Studies from the Business Education Council.
