Linda Cubias has extensive work experience in the field of customer education and training. Linda began their career in 2004 as a Customer Education & Training Specialist at ProQuest. In this role, they provided training and support to customers, developed training materials, and managed customer care and contact. In 2007, they were promoted to Manager, Customer Education & Training, where they led a team of specialists and continued to develop training materials using various tools. From 2014 to 2019, Linda served as a Senior Training & Consulting Partner at ProQuest, focusing on providing training and consulting services to clients.
