Al Fatale III

Al Fatale III is a Partner and Securities Litigation Attorney at Labaton Sucharow LLP, where a team is led in litigating securities claims associated with initial public offerings, second offerings, and stock-for-stock mergers since September 2016. This individual represents both individual and institutional investors in protecting financial markets and securities offerings in trial and appellate courts across the United States. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Fried Frank from September 2007 to September 2016, an Extern Clerk in the Chambers of the Honorable Robert C. Mulvey in early 2007, and Summer Associate positions at Fried Frank and Ballard Spahr in 2006 and 2005, respectively. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A., Summa Cum Laude, in History from Montclair State University, along with studies at Bucerius Law School in 2006.
