Jane Incardone

Jane Incardone is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in investment management and compliance. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP, Jane's prior roles include Attorney at K&L Gates and Counsel at Lowenstein Sandler LLP. Jane's experience encompasses negotiating and drafting vendor contracts, investment management agreements, and conducting legal reviews for private fund structures. Jane holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and a BBA in Marketing and Communications from Loyola University Maryland.
