John Crimmins

John Crimmins currently serves as Assistant General Counsel for Intellectual Property at General Mills, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, John was Senior Intellectual Property Counsel - Technology at General Mills, Inc., where responsibilities included providing extensive intellectual property support to global business units and developing contract terms for technology transfers. John's legal experience also encompasses a partnership at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, focusing on U.S. intellectual property matters, as well as an associate position at Faegre & Benson LLP, where work involved patent procurement, litigation support, and corporate M&A practices. John holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
