Isaac [Ike] Gremmer

Isaac [Ike] Gremmer started their work experience in 2005 at Datalogic, where they held various roles including Systems Engineer, Software R&D, and Field Application Engineer. In these positions, they led a team developing camera-based security systems for retailers, participated in design decisions, presented to the company board, and met market requirements until December 2015.

In 2016, Gremmer joined Labatt Food Service as an IT Business Lead & Principal Software Developer. Isaac [Ike] managed people, projects, and servers to enhance the business while utilizing technologies such as Docker, C#, MariaDB, Golang, Python, Vue, and IBM iSeries. Isaac [Ike] ended this role in December 2019.

Later in December 2019, Gremmer became the Director of IT (Software Engineering) at Labatt Food Service. Here, they focused on developing software to lead the industry and increase sales. Isaac [Ike] also had responsibilities in hiring, cybersecurity, cloud computing, web application development, and domain-driven design. This role is ongoing.

Isaac [Ike] Gremmer began their education in 2001 at Caltech, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering & Applied Science with a focus on Robotics, Electrical, and Computer studies. Isaac [Ike] attended Caltech for a duration of four years, graduating in 2005.

After a gap of seven years, Isaac resumed their education in 2012 at Loyola Marymount University. Isaac [Ike] pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Loyola Marymount University and specialized in Finance and Marketing. Isaac completed their MBA in 2015, thereby further enhancing their knowledge and skills in business-related fields.
