Andrew Wirsul

Andrew Wirsul is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in healthcare and finance. Currently serving as Vice President of Payor Solutions-West at Labcorp since June 2021, Andrew leads strategic partnerships with health plans across over 30 states, focusing on market share growth for clinical and esoteric tests. Previously, Andrew held key leadership roles at Quest Diagnostics, Cambia Health Solutions, and CIGNA Healthcare, where responsibilities included expanding health plan revenues, driving population health initiatives, and implementing innovative reimbursement strategies. With a strong foundation in financial management from Johnson & Johnson and Deloitte, Andrew holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, both from Villanova University.
