Judith Roesler

Judith Roesler is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and intellectual property. Currently serving as Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs and Lead Counsel for Precision Medicine at Labcorp since September 2018, Judith has held significant roles such as Associate General Counsel at Cell Signaling Technology, Managing Member at Roesler Law Offices, and Chief Patent Counsel at bioMerieux, Inc. Previous positions include General Counsel at Phase-1 Molecular Toxicology, Assistant General Counsel for Patents at Bayer, and Associate General Counsel at Bristol Myers Squibb. Judith began her career as Patent Counsel at Chiron Corporation. Educational credentials include a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law, a BGS in Human Biology from the University of Kansas, and various certificates in Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance from Cornell University and The Wharton School, along with Executive Education in Business Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
