Headquartered in Prabhadevi and established in 2015, Labdhi Lifestyle Limited (“Labdhi”) is a first generation real estate developer focussed on the Mumbai Metropolitan region. Till date we have delivered more than 22 buildings and are proud to say that each and every completed project has been delivered prior to the promised delivery date. Under the “Labdhi” brand the Group has delivered townships in the Neral micro market and intends to develop over 15,000 apartments there and has already acquired the needed land for the same. Within Mumbai, the Company is developing Labdhi SeaBreeze (approximately 400 apartments) at Wadala and is about to launch two new projects located at Chowpatty and BKC. The Company is currently developing more than 1.20 Million Sq. Ft. in MMR spread across various projects. Labdhi is managed professionally by a team of more than 100 members, aptly supported by its valuable board members. The team comprises of MBAs, Civil Engineers, and Chartered Accountants among others. The Company believes in building the desired core competencies of construction and marketing in-house. This team is further supported by a team of external service providers who are best in class.
