Michelle Anderson

Michelle Anderson is the current Chief of Staff at Labelbox. Prior to their current role, they served as a Store Manager at Blue Bottle Coffee from July 2017 to March 2021. During their time at Blue Bottle Coffee, they were responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training all new team members. Michelle also created operational processes that maximized efficiency for the average team of 15+ baristas. In addition, they developed numerous team members from to leading 8 to internal role promotions.

Anderson began their career in the coffee industry as an Operations Manager at Warsaw Coffee Company in July 2015. In this role, they were responsible for establishing measurable sales goals and collaborating with the team on how to achieve them. Michelle also collaborated with cross-functional partners to train, coach, and educate the team. Michelle then transitioned to Brand Manager at Calvary Christian Academy in September 2013 where they oversaw all marketing initiatives for the school. Lastly, they served as a Marketing Assistant at Steinger, Iscoe & Greene from November 2011 to July 2012.
