Bob provides counsel to the Board of Directors and senior management on corporate strategic initiatives and the legal implications of all business matters. He manages a legal department responsible for all legal issues, including contracts, labor and employment, immigration, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, office leases, risk management and project dispute resolution, employee stock transactions, state licenses and registrations for all corporate entities, and oversight of outside counsel. He is a program organizer and instructor in Propel, LaBella’s leadership development program.
