John Dibiase

John DiBiase is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at LaBella Associates since November 2021, John has held significant leadership roles at Exelon Nuclear as a Senior Manager in Project Management from October 2012 to November 2021, and at Constellation Energy Group Inc., where John progressed from Senior Electrical Engineer to Director of Turbine Generator Services between May 2005 and October 2012. Earlier in their career, John worked at Rochester Gas & Electric as Manager of Computer Systems and as an Electrical Engineer from February 1989 to May 2005. John holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
