Joseph M. Fusillo

Joseph M. Fusillo, PE, ENV SP, PACP, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in municipal engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Senior Civil Engineer, Regional Civil Leader, and White Plains Office Manager for LaBella Associates since May 2019, Joseph is responsible for leading the company's Metro NY civil engineering service line and managing a substantial portfolio focused on the municipal market. Prior to this role, Joseph directed municipal engineering at The Chazen Companies and held various positions at The EADS Group, Bowne AE&T Group, and Carollo Engineers, emphasizing the rehabilitation of water conveyance and wastewater systems. Additionally, experience includes teaching as an adjunct professor and serving as Associate County Sanitary Engineer. Joseph holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Youngstown State University.
