Marissa Roach, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Marissa currently works as a Team Lead Recruitment at LaBella Associates, where they partner with divisional leaders to assess hiring needs and manages the job posting process. In their previous role as a Human Resources Generalist at LaBella Associates, Marissa reviewed candidate applications and resumes, and worked closely with hiring managers.
