Steve Metzger

Steve joined LaBella Associates as a Civil Engineer in 1994 and was appointed Director of Civil Engineering in 2010. Under Steve’s leadership, the firm’s civil engineering team grew to 90 employees, comprising $11 Million in revenue. His next role was Chief Operating Officer, where he directed investments in technology and firm infrastructure to support LaBella’s growth in all regions. Steve has previously served as Secretary of the LaBella Board of Directors and chair of the IT, Safety, and Quality Management teams within the organization.
