Séverine Corbel is currently a Responsable Catman & Digital Food Service at LABEYRIE FINE FOODS, where they focus on category management in food service. They previously held roles at companies including Mars as an Assistante chef de produit marketing, Cadbury UK as Responsable Assortiment & Innovation, and Brasserie de Bourbon as Head of Trade Marketing. Séverine has also served in various capacities in category management and national accounts throughout their career. They are pursuing a degree in Marketing from ICN - ESC Nancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université de Sherbrooke, having completed a campus manager program at HEC Paris.
