Cat Caruso has a diverse work experience that spans over 20 years. Cathleen (Cat) is currently the Chief Executive Officer at the Labor Law Center, where they lead an ecommerce provider of compliance services for small businesses and large corporations. Prior to this, they worked at Avery Products Corporation as the General Manager, overseeing various departments across the US, Canada, and the UK. Cathleen (Cat) also held the position of Director of Marketing within the same company. Before Avery, Cat worked as the Group Product Manager at Avery Dennison, where they focused on improving top-line growth and profit. Cathleen (Cat) has also held positions at Starbucks Coffee Company, Nestle USA, The Clorox Company, Honeywell, and CLEANWATER LTD, where they gained valuable marketing and sales experience. Overall, Cat has demonstrated leadership and expertise in various industries.

Cathleen (Cat) Caruso obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Bioscience from UC Santa Barbara in 1994. Cathleen (Cat) later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing & Entrepreneurial Studies at UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2003 to 2005. In 2019 and 2020, they furthered their education in marketing by undertaking a program on Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, Automation, AI & Analytics at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
