Phillip Wilson

Phillip Wilson has been working in the field of labor and positive workplace consulting since 1998 when they became the President and General Counsel of Labor Relations Institute | Approachable Leadership. Phillip is the author of 11 books, including The Approachability Playbook and Left of Boom. In 2018, they became the Chapter President of the Entrepreneurs' Organization of Tulsa. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources for the President Riverboat Casino property in St. Louis, Missouri from 1997 to 1998. Phillip began their career in 1993 as an Associate at Wessels & Pautsch.

Phillip Wilson attended Sapulpa High School from 1984 to 1987, graduating in 1987. Phillip then attended Augustana College from 1987 to 1991, earning a BA (Magna Cum Laude) in English and Political Science. Phillip then attended the University of Michigan Law School from 1991 to 1993, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Law.
