Chantal Lavallee

Chantal Lavallee is an experienced business leader with a strong background in operations and management within the beauty industry. Since March 2018, Chantal has served as Directrice Générale Adjointe at Yves Rocher. Previously, from 2006 to October 2012, Chantal held the role of Directrice des opérations for Yves Rocher Amérique du Nord, and from 1997 to 2010, Chantal was the Directrice des Opérations at Yves Rocher North America. Earlier in Chantal's career, from 1992 to 1996, Chantal worked as Directrice du centre d'appels at CAA Québec. Chantal holds a BAA in Administration des affaires with a specialization in gestion des ressources humaines from HEC Montréal, obtained between 1982 and 1985.
