Sylvie CHOPIN has over two decades of experience in research and development within the cosmetics and health industries. Currently serving as Directrice innovation et developpement at GILBERT since September 2000, Sylvie is responsible for leading innovation strategies, managing funding for projects, and supervising a team of up to 30 individuals. Previously, Sylvie held roles such as Directeur R&D for the cosmetics division at Groupe Batteur and Responsable R&D at Cosmetic Valley. With extensive expertise in product development, regulatory oversight, and project management, Sylvie has contributed to the advancement of various cosmetic products and technologies. Sylvie's educational background includes advanced degrees in cosmetology and marine biology from institutions such as Nantes Université and Université de Bretagne Occidentale.
