Cecilia Targetta

Cecilia Targetta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and technology management. Serving as Country Manager and Technology Director at Globant since September 2011, Cecilia has led large teams in quality engineering and participated in the definition of quality control strategies. Previous roles include Test Manager for a major U.S. Online Learning Platform and various positions at VeriFone and Tata Consultancy Services, where Cecilia managed testing processes and teams. Cecilia is also dedicated to mentorship, currently engaging with women in professional growth through Laboratoria, and has contributed as a speaker at several industry conferences.
