Karen Margarita Vargas Daza

Karen Margarita Vargas Daza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academia and consultancy. Currently serving as Mentora de Emprendimiento at Universidad de los Andes and as Executive Director at Uniandinos, Karen focuses on professional development and community building among graduates. Additional roles include teaching international management and project management courses at Universidad Sergio Arboleda and Universidad del Norte, respectively. Karen has also contributed to the Cámara de Comercio de Barranquilla as a Senior Consultant, advising SMEs on business structuring and competitiveness. Past experience includes financial planning for Nutresa and coordinating large-scale projects for the CORPORACIÓN DE FERIAS DEL ATLÁNTICO. Karen holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Edinburgh and another in Engineering/Industrial Management from Universidad de los Andes, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Norte.
