Nadia Michelle Torres has a diverse work experience in education and instructional design. Nadia Michelle started their career at Tecnológico de Monterrey as an Instructional Designer and Professor, where they improved the curriculum and class plans for Creativity and Design courses. Nadia Michelle also served as a University Relations Specialist, achieving enrollment goals and fostering relationships with high schools.

Later, Nadia joined Platzi as a Design Faculty Manager, where they identified and led top professionals as instructors, designed learning path curriculums, and achieved growth in acquisition and retention metrics. Nadia Michelle also worked as an Instructional Designer, codesigning and supervising online education courses and optimizing teachers' learning processes.

Nadia then moved on to Social Piper as an Academy Product Manager, where they designed learning tools and strategies for social media marketing success. Nadia Michelle also participated in e-learning development and collaborated with cross-functional teams.

Afterwards, Nadia worked at Ironhack as a Learning Program Manager, improving customer satisfaction and learning experience metrics by implementing initiatives based on feedback and research. Nadia Michelle led the education team, provided support and advice to direct contributors, and conducted recruiting and hiring.

Recently, Nadia joined Laboratoria as the Head of Learning L+, starting in 2022.

Nadia Michelle Torres holds a Master's degree in Design Research, which they obtained from EDINBA during the period of 2017-2019. Prior to this, they earned a Licentiate degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2009 and 2013. In addition, Nadia has acquired additional certifications, including Women in Leadership from Wizeline Academy in 2022 and Service Design from Bedu in 2021.
