Massillon Araujo

Massillon Araujo currently serves as Strategy Director and CEO Advisor at Laboratório Cristália since July 2024 and is a co-founder and investor at Malbec Angels and a startup investor at Anjos do Brasil. Previously, Massillon held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Lupin from March 2022 to June 2024, where responsibilities included leading the commercial strategy across various functions, and prior to that, worked as Director of Sales Marketing & Strategy at GRUPO NC, overseeing a team of 30 professionals. Massillon's extensive experience in strategic roles spans several companies, including Hypermarcas S/A, A.T. Kearney, NeoCorp Participações, and Nextel. Massillon holds an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a postgraduate degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, complemented by a degree in Business Administration from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
