Shailesh Date is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Laboratory for Research in Complex Systems, Global Viral, and SampleExchange. Prior to these roles, Shailesh served as a Scientist at Genentech and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania. Shailesh holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Postdoc in Computational Biology and Infectious Disease from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Shailesh completed the Stanford Ignite Program in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
