Sara McEnery Guice

Sara McEnery Guice is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction market representation, management consulting, and strategic partnerships. Since February 2018, Sara has served as a Construction Market Representative for the Laborers-Employers Cooperation and Education Trust (LECET). In addition to this role, Sara is the Owner of SMG Advisory Services, a management consulting firm established in August 2009, focusing on strategy development, program management, and marketing. Previous positions include Director of Partnerships and Industry Alliances at the University of Cincinnati Research Institute, co-founder of THREAD, and Vice President of Marketing & Client Service at FIS Group. Early career experience at MAC Construction Inc. involved strategic marketing and operations. Sara holds a B.S. in Communications from Ohio University.
