Rich Dean is a strategic business development and sales operations leader with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Growth Operations at LaborFirst, they focus on designing sales strategies that optimize results through data and analytics. Previously, Rich held key roles at Sutter Health, where they led business development for healthcare solutions, and at Early Warning, where they directed sales operations for payment and identity solutions. Rich has also contributed their expertise as a pro-bono consultant for the Taproot Foundation. They are pursuing multiple degrees, including an MBA from both Arizona State University and the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
